Teams consist of three players each. Matches typically last 12 minutes or until a team scores 5 goals.

Avoid putting your foot down! If your foot touches any horizontal surface, you must leave play and 'tap out' by hitting a marker on the side of the court with your mallet before rejoining the game.
3.
Goals must be scored with a shot using the capped or open end of the mallet. Pushing the ball with the flat side of the mallet, known as a “shuffle,” doesn’t count.

The goalposts should be spaced one bike-width apart.
6.
The most important rule is: Don’t be a jerk. Show respect to others and enjoy yourself!
